TADE is a Chinese Steel Casting, Machinery and Valve manufacturer. TADE supplies a wide range of products and systems in the field of valves, fittings, and seismic isolation for applications ranging from equipment for high rise buildings, fire fighting, heating, water works, sewerage, marine and chemical industries etc.

·1990

TADE Valve limited predecessor is Shunjinda Valve Factory who is a professional valve manufacturer with more than 20 years’ experience. Our main products are butterfly valve, check valve, gate valve, globe valve, strainer etc and is exported to USA, South Africa, Turkey, Spain, Korea, India, Russia, Italy, Romania, Taiwan, Southeast Asia etc.

·2004~2005

TADE invested new Tianjin Tade factory and Yangzhou Tade factory in the year 2004 and 2005. Tianjin factory is located in Beizhakou Town, Jinnan District Tianjin City. Yangzhou factory is located in New Hi-Tech Industry Zone, Liuji Town, Yangzhou.

·2006

TADE got the manufacture license of special equipment.

·2008

We got BS EN ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certificate of Moody compay and PED CE certificate of TUV in March.

·2009

Tade special valves R&D center was named “Tade Special Valve Engineering and Technology Research Center” by Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau in October.

·2010

The first-stage project was put into operation in March 2010. In this year, the company recruited more than 100 employees, including 50 engineers. The company consists of revestment workshop, resin sand workshop, mould workshop, cast iron workshop, processing workshop and assembling workshop etc. The annual output of stainless steel will be more than 1000 tons, cast iron 1200 tons.

·2011

In March Tade Valve Limited will build up 4 modern casting lines, total investment 32 million yuan. When it’s put into operation, Tade will form the production lines of ductile iron, gray iron, chilled alloy cast iron, using medium frequency induction furnace melting, hand molding, machine molding, coated sand hot core box, resin sand process. All equipment investments are more than 20 million yuan.

·2013

In October Tianjin Tade got the English authoritative WRAS dringking water certification. In recent years, the turnover and profit of Tade products are continuously improved. In 2013, the turnover reached 180 million yuan, profit 24.94 million yuan.

1. The first step is body casting. TADE has our own casting, which offers you the best quality valves.

2. The second step is rough body machinery processing.

3. The third step is painting. We can offer you the valve expoy coted or painting.The color you can choose.

4. The forth step is install & pressure test.

5. The fifth is cleaning and packing.

We keep touch with professional laboratories, which are equipped with advanced instruments and experienced researchers, to test the material component and improve the production process.

1 Mill’s research and development center

Some renowned mills contain independent R&D centers, from which we do tensile test, bending test, hardness test, and component analysis.

2 Tianjin research institute for test technology

Tianjin research institute for test technology is a governmental authorized legal measurement and quality inspection agency, which specializes in metal material testing, product quality supervision and standardized management. It has the technical capacity to carry out testing and calibration services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation standards, and helps to test our goods many times.

3 SGS material testing laboratory

SGS is the world’s leading provider of inspection, verification, testing and certification. We usually cooperate with SGS for Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) or some special testing required by customers.

TADE has advanced inspection and test facility to control the quality from rough casting to final products. Each product is tested strictly in accordance with customers’ requirements or international standards, and will be final inspected before being packaged. We endeavor to achieve product’s zero defects. Third Party of Inspection appointed by customers, such as Lloyd’s Register, TUV, DNV, BV, SGS etc could also be accepted.
